ICOPH 2020 “Lifestyle and Environmental Changes: Challenges on Public Health in Tropical and Coastal Areas to Support SDGs Achievements”

 

In welcoming the 63rd Anniversary of Universitas Diponegoro, the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro held an international conference entitled A Web Conference The 3rd International Conference on Public Health for Tropical and Coastal Development (ICOPH-TCD). This year’s FKM Undip annual conference was held on 29-30 September 2020 with the theme “Lifestyle and Environmental Changes: Challenges on Public Health in Tropical and Coastal Areas to Support SDGs Achievements”. The keynote speaker in this event was the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Lt. Gen. TNI (Ret.) Dr. dr. Terawan Agus Putranto, Sp. Rad. (K), and there were also speakers from health experts and five of them from various countries in the world, such as:

  1. Prof. Amanda Lee – University of Queensland, Australia
  2. Assoc. Prof. Yothin Sawangdee, Ph.D. – Mahidol University, Thailand
  3. Assoc. Prof. Kun-Hsien Tsai, Ph.D. – National Taiwan University, Taiwan
  4. Prof. Elena Naumova – Tufts University, USA
  5. Assoc. Prof. Reece Hinchcliff, Ph.D. – Queensland University of Technology, Australia
  6. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Budiyono – Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia
  7. Assoc. Prof. Hanifa Maher Denny, Ph.D. – Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia
  8. Dr. Armunanto, MPH. – Unicef Indonesia, Indonesia

There were 142 presenters who participated in the conference and a total of 217 participants in the two days conference. The participants were not only from Indonesia, but also from Thailand, Libya, Jamaica, Australia, USA, Rwanda, and Taiwan.
