The 6th International Conference on Public Health for Tropical and Coastal Development (ICOPH-TCD) is organized by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, Indonesia. Since its inception in 2016 and following successful events in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024, we are honored to host ICOPH-TCD 2025 as the next step forward in our annual event. This proceeding contains all the articles presented at the 6th ICOPH-TCD, held on July 30–31, 2025, in an online format via Zoom. The theme for 2025 is “Public Health Resilience in Tropical and Coastal Areas.” The conference encompasses a broad range of public health domains, including, but not limited to, health administration and policy; biostatistics and population studies; health information systems; epidemiology and entomology; health promotion and behavioral sciences; public health nutrition; maternal and child health; environmental health; occupational health and safety; and other topics linked to tropical and coastal development.

We are privileged to welcome distinguished speakers in this edition. The confirmed speakers include: Budi Gunadi Sadikin (Minister of Health, Indonesia) – Keynote Speaker; Prof. Elena N. Naumova, PhD (Tufts University, USA); Prof. drg. Zahroh Shaluhiyah, MPH, Ph.D. (Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia); Tsheten, B.Sc., MPH, PhD (National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health, Australian National University, Australia); Ts. Dr. Ismaniza Ismail (Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia); and Dr. Issara Siramaneerat (Rajamanggala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Thailand). This year, ICOPH-TCD proudly hosted 234 presenters from diverse countries, reflecting the strong international engagement and scientific contributions to the field of public health. In addition, the authors of this proceeding represent multiple nations, including Indonesia, Pakistan, Nepal, Kenya, and Malaysia. Their participation enriched the discussions and highlighted the global relevance of resilience in tropical and coastal health issues.

We extend our deepest appreciation to all authors, reviewers, keynote speakers, session chairs, and participants for their enthusiastic engagement. We hope that the research collected here will contribute meaningfully to advancing public health resilience in tropical and coastal settings and foster further collaborations across nations. Thank you for your participation in ICOPH-TCD 2025. We look forward to many more fruitful endeavors in research, education, and public health innovation.
